The span of the portal frames was 27m while the height was 10m at Apex.

Lion Farm Estate, Rowley Regis
The area was renowned for being a rough area with a high crime rate. The 3 acre site had 6 storey flats with lock up garages which gave a combination of low social standing and crime within the area. On behalf of Image Homes we undertook the design and project management for the 47 houses, 2 new roads and sewer network, the modification of the existing road network and a new sub-station.

The whole development has had a dramatic impact upon the area and it has been noticed by other residents who have commented that the development has considerably raised the standards of the area.
